Details

This is the window in the front door.

The cabinet/desk in the eat-in-kitchen area that they would leave with the house

The barnwood floors are oringinal.

Track lighting in the kitchen

Dining room- I like the light fixture and tile flooring.

Here you can see how the barnwood floors end, the tile begins and then the wood flooring that is in the rest of the house begins. I like how they cut it at an angle.

I like the natural window coverings in the master bedroom. In the rest of the house there are nice wood panel blinds.

The wiring set up for the flat screen. We could do that! :)

This is the cabinet in the master bathroom that they plan to leave. It has tonnns of storage.

The master bathroom doesn't have a door, they have this shade hung up so you can block it off if you want to.

Lighting in the bathroom

I like the exposed brick in the sunroom.

This lovely tree is in the back of the yard and you have a perfect view of it from the dining room sliding glass doors.

Cute little fountain in the backyard garden area.

I like these little lights on the privacy fence.

On the west side of the yard there is lattice and...

These wood fences (notice the screen set up so animals can't sneak thru)

This is the side of the sunroom and there is a watering pump for the yard.

In the master, there is a screen covering this sliding glass door. They have it insulated and covered so it really becomes a part of the wall, but you can see it from the outside. I would want to keep it covered like they have it.

This is the east side of the backyard, you can see where we would have to extend the privacy fence.

Front yard landscaping

Little fountains

I like these details on the front porch

and these lattice things on the front of the house

Cutest House Ever!

The front. I think if the brown trim was painted light blue or green or beige it would look really cute!

It's actually not bad out front. Before I was just thinking that we wouldn't have a nice outdoor area like we do now, but the backyard is actually really nice.

I like all the landscaping details.

The entryway (notice the pretty chair rail and high baseboards)

The window is frosted and really pretty. There are nice light fixtures throughout the house too..

In the above picture, you see the entry into the kitchen...

The cabinets and appliances in the kitchen are nice. And there's a lot of cabinet space.

You walk thru the kitchen to this little dining room area

In the picture above, you can't see it but their is a door to the right, which opens to the laundry room.

There is a door to outside, a door to the garage (its on the right), cabinets above and they are leaving the nice washer and dryer.

Ok back to the good stuff... The dining room adjoins to the living room..

In the picture below you can see the wall that is on the left hand side.

This one is blurry.

If you go back up to the picture of the whole living room, you can see the opening into the office...

On the right hand side of the picture above you can see the bathroom.

The upgrades are really modern.. the mirror opens to a medicine cabinet... the cabinet below the sink has a plug outlet in it... and there is more storage above the toilet.

The tub/shower is tiled and nice.

If you keep going down that hall, the master is on the left.

The closet isn't walk in, but it is really wide.. and I like the mirrored doors.

The bathroom isn't very big, but it's really nice.

The shower is nice.

Across from the master is the second bedroom

If you go back up to the dining room picture, you can see where it opens to the patio.

I like this cute little cobblestone area.

I like the garden areas that are sectioned off.

This is the other side of the house, I like the area for the trash cans and the build in thing for firewood.
